Automotive Sales Manager
Chapman Bell Rd. Mazda is looking for an experienced automotive Sales Manager with an impeccable reputation to contribute to customer satisfaction and achieving dealership objectives, by providing strategic leadership and support to our sales staff. The ideal candidate will inspire, challenge and motivate our sales team, help them grow their book of business, and coach them on innovative sales tactics. As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with sales staff and customers, fostering positive relationships with customers and your team, and will report to the General Manager. What We Offer:

- Manage the sales process; delegate responsibilities and monitor sales performance.
- Build rapport with customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous service.
- Assist sales consultants with customers throughout the sales process, and address customer concerns when needed.
- Demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries and routinely making follow-up calls.
- Understand and remain up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, professional development, and collaboration.
- Participate in the hiring, training, and development of sales professionals.
- A minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership sales management experience is required.

- Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence a team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Friendly and approachable with exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Strong negotiation skills and closing abilities, contributing to the dealership’s sales goals.
- Analytical with a strong understanding of market trends to drive sales performance.
- Effective conflict management skills, demonstrating sound judgment and decision making.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
