Senior Accountant

$100,000-$115,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Mesa, AZ (Hybrid – 3 Days On-site)

This role provides ownership over key close and reporting responsibilities while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. Responsibilities include:

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across key balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards, and internal reporting procedures.
• Support budgeting and rolling forecast processes while tracking key business performance indicators.
• Coordinate audit support, tax reporting, and cross-regional collaboration to maintain consistent financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Inventory experience required
• Advanced Excel experience required
• Bachelors in accounting or finance required
• International experience is a plus
