Senior Commercial Drywall Estimator – Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 + benefits & leadership bonuses
Location: Phoenix, AZ

A premier specialty contractor serving the Western U.S., is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team in Phoenix, AZ. • Lead the full estimating process for large-scale commercial projects, including drywall, framing, ceilings, doors, paint, and specialty scopes

• Oversee cost forecasting, budget development, and subcontractor pricing strategy

• Conduct in-depth constructability and design reviews in coordination with project managers and clients

• Train and mentor junior estimators and preconstruction staff

• Utilize ERP software and digital tools like Bluebeam to manage documentation and workflow

• Ensure bid accuracy, contract compliance, and alignment with project goals

• Maintain close communication with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners throughout the preconstruction phase

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial drywall and metal framing construction

• Strong leadership capabilities and experience mentoring junior team members

• Ability to read and interpret highly detailed architectural drawings and contract documents

• Advanced skills in cost estimation, budgeting, scope reviews, and subcontractor coordination

• Familiarity with Bluebeam , takeoff tools, and ERP systems

• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of current market trends in labor and material costs

• Local or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ (in-person role with some site interaction)
