Experienced Residential HVAC Technician ($2,000 Sign-on Bonus + $1,500 Tool Allowance)

Compensation: $28 - 35 per hour + up to 10% commission

Up to a $2000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified HVAC Technicians! Plus $1,500 tool allowance and get to keep tools after 6 months of employment.

Preferred Experiences and Additional Knowledge:

• EPA Certification
• 5+ years of field experience
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Basic hand tools
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Additional Qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role:

• Ability to work some overtime as needed

• Team Player
• NATE, Master Heat Pump Technician a PLUS
