Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – School Setting

Location : El Mirage, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time / School Hours (Monday–Friday)
Schedule : Day shift, no evenings, weekends, or holidays

Salary : $1,200-$1,312.50 per week

We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support students in a school-based setting in the El Mirage area. This is a rewarding opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working with children and making a daily impact in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Depending on school needs, the position may involve:

• Providing individualized care to a specific student (1:1 role), or
• Serving as a school health office nurse, caring for multiple students and assisting with health screenings, medication administration, and first aid.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily health services to students and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician and district guidelines.
• Monitor and document student health concerns and incidents.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school health teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/FERPA regulations.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Qualifications:

• Active Arizona LPN license (required).
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
• Pediatric, school, or clinic experience preferred (but not required).
• Compassionate, reliable, and great communication skills.
• Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP).
