About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, results-oriented Account Executive to help drive new business and revenue growth. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and discovery through product demos and closing deals. This is an opportunity for a curious, analytical sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity environment. You will focus on developing new business within mid-market and enterprise-level organizations, engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating more complex sales cycles.

What You'll Do

1. Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and networking (100150 daily connections).
2. Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects.
3. Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify and engage key decision makers.
4. Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos that clearly communicate our value.
5. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to close.
6. Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
7. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, or Inside Sales roles with proven closing success.
• Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts, with comfort handling longer, more strategic sales cycles.
• Naturally curious and investigative - skilled at researching and identifying the right prospects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, confident and professional.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
