Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the West side of the Phoenix valley . With 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, Lactation and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our current needs while planning for our expansion. Responsibilities:

• Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes and evaluations. Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings. Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current license for Occupational Therapy License in Arizona. If out of state, you must be willing to obtain an Arizona License.

• Must be willing to relocate to the Phoenix, Arizona area
