Medical Director (IM / FM / Geriatrics) – Post-Acute Care - Northern AZ

• Maintain timely documentation and quality standards
Qualifications:
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
