Produces high quality graphic design and layout for marketing communications and public relations materials, including: advertisements, member materials, sales collateral material, web content / design, templates, health education materials, logos and all other forms of promotional and marketing material for internal and external audiences. Produces, edits, and delivers digital media for use in multimedia presentations, web delivery.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Full-Time, Exempt role

Job Essentials
Produces high quality graphic design and layout for marketing and promotional materials, including: Advertisements: print, online, direct mail, transit, outdoor, etc.; Member materials: including directories, handbooks, welcome packets, ID cards, enrollment forms, newsletters, etc.; Sales collateral: including flyers, brochures, sales packets, signage, etc.; Web content and web design; Templates: PowerPoint, letterhead, reports; Health education materials, Logos, and all other forms of promotional and marketing material created by SelectHealth marketing for internal and external audiences.
Ensures all marketing material is produced with exceptional quality and consistent with the SelectHealth brand and style guide.
Presents multiple ideas, concepts, and layout options to internal customers and collaborates with internal stakeholders on development of all creative products. Works with customers to create new and revise / update existing marketing and communication materials as needed.
Maintains a library of stock and proprietary images and photos. Finds additional images when necessary. Researches and negotiates usage rights / fees for stock artwork when necessary.
Acts as a primary contact with print, fulfillment, and product vendors. Outlines specifications, manages the bidding process and negotiates project pricing. Ensures high-quality, cost-effective print and fulfillment for each project. Assists in reviewing blue lines, production proofs, and attends press checks.
Manages multiple projects to completion according to pre-approved deadlines and work within defined project budgets.
May provide support with project management, cross training, and community event representation.

Edits and assembles final visual / audio program material; ensures consistency and relevancy to production; monitors technical quality of end product.

Manages outsourced graphic design projects as assigned to ensure timely completion and adherence to brand standards and creative specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Web Development, or Marketing. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.
Additional four years experience working in an agency or corporate setting in graphic design or desktop publishing.
One year experience with digital video production, editing, and delivery.
Intermediate knowledge of InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, SharePoint, Adobe Premier, Adobe Creative Suite, spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of digital design experience.
Ability to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to articulate ideas verbally and through designed presentations, mock-ups, and illustrations.
Broad knowledge and understanding of graphic art standards and mediums
Demonstrated artistic ability and creativity
Demonstrated knowledge of design elements such as color and composition.
Aptitude for learning new technology
Project leadership and creative oversight experience.
