About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established insurance firm offering a comprehensive range of Commercial Personal and Group Benefits Insurance solutions. As a Commercial Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a book of commercial accounts serving as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring seamless policy management and renewal processes. This is a full-time fully in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire renewal process independently for each commercial lines account including scheduling renewal meetings facilitating policy reviews and consulting on policy changes.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for new business opportunities.
• Re-market accounts to carriers bind coverages and handle invoicing.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing clients; write new business from referrals and inbound leads no cold calling or prospecting required.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
• Process certificates of insurance and policy endorsements.
• Bind policies and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Report to the office Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Candidates residing within 30 minutes of the office are preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and renewals independently.
• Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship skills.
