Dental Assistant – Full-Time | Scottsdale, AZ

We’re hiring a Dental Assistant who wants to be part of a collaborative, upbeat office where patient care and team connection both matter.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to delivering a great patient experience every day.

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Provide excellent patient care and ensure a comfortable experience
Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
Manage infection control (prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments/equipment)
Set up and break down operatories
Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene
Use digital scanner
Take impressions
2+ years of Dental Assisting experience (required)
AZ Radiology Certification (required)
CPR Certification (required)
Dentrix experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of dental procedures and instruments
Knowledge of sterilization methods and safety protocols
Familiar with health & safety regulations
Excellent communication and people skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
