Job Details Salary: Competitive compensation Job Type: Full Time Location: Show Low, AZ (In-person) Position Overview The Receptionist plays a key role in welcoming customers and supporting dealership operations. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure efficient daily workflow and excellent customer experiences. Primary Responsibilities Greet all incoming calls and customers promptly and professionally to foster positive visits. Maintain accurate records by filing receipts and permits for quick data retrieval. Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and seeking continuous improvement in business operations and customer service. Manage customer flow by directing visitors to appropriate departments. Ensure consistent tracking and review of money receipts and permits. Adhere to a reliable work schedule to support a dependable environment. Communicate effectively with management and perform other duties as assigned. Uphold the highest ethical standards and promote a neat, safe, and professional work environment. Assist in resolving customer complaints and adjustments professionally. Work Environment This role is based in a dealership administrative setting and requires regular interaction with customers in person. Employees must be able to sit, stand, talk, hear, and move around the facility safely throughout their shift. Lifting up to 10 pounds and adjusting vision focus are occasional physical requirements. Job Requirement:Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least one year of reception experience, preferably in a retail environment. One year of customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications. Strong professional communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, and move around the dealership facility. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed. Visual ability to adjust focus frequently. Operate equipment safely at all times. Competencies Leadership: Demonstrate ethical behavior and teamwork.
