Speech Pathologist-MG
- Masters Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university. (Required)
- Pediatric experience (Preferred)
- MBS experience (Preferred)
- Current AZ Department of Health Services license, prior to start date. (Required)
- Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association, prior to start date. (Required)
- Current ASHA certification or in clinical fellowship year (CFY), prior to start date. (Required)
