Mon-Fri Schedule

Identify, prospect, and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.

Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage options, including auto, homeowners, renters, and commercial policies.

Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and accurately to clients.

Customize insurance programs and prepare competitive quotes tailored to individual and business clients.

Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in compliance with company and state guidelines.

Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication, policy reviews, and excellent customer service.

Meet or exceed established sales and retention goals.

Stay current on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and changes in insurance laws or products.

Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient policy management.

Active Property & Casualty / Personal Lines Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire). Licensing assistance available

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to meet sales goals and manage multiple clients effectively.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) a plus.
