Cruise Booking Agent (Remote)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our travel team as a Cruise Booking Agent . In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking cruise vacations while providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and selecting cruise itineraries that match their travel preferences
• Provide information on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and onboard experiences
• Coordinate cruise reservations, cabins, and travel details through approved travel suppliers
• Communicate with clients before and after booking to ensure a smooth travel planning experience
• Stay informed about cruise promotions, itineraries, and supplier updates

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications

• Provide ongoing customer support before and after travel as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Interest in the cruise and travel industry

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Comfortable using online booking systems, email, and basic computer applications

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Previous travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
