About Trask Performance
Trask Performance is a premium motorcycle performance brand with over 25 years in business. We design, manufacture, and install high-performance components in-house, supporting production, inventory, purchasing, and fulfillment under one roof.
We operate a fast-paced, high-output environment where financial accuracy and operational discipline are critical to success.
About the RoleWe are seeking a senior-level accounting professional who can take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and bring structure, accuracy, and accountability to our systems.
This is a hands-on role not just oversight. You will be directly responsible for managing accounts payable workflows, maintaining clean financial records, supporting reconciliations, and ensuring operational processes are followed across departments.
You must be comfortable working independently, identifying problems, and driving them to resolution without constant direction.

Preparing payment runs with confidence that all supporting information has been properly reviewed and validated
Keeping financial records organized, complete, and audit-ready at all times
Completing bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and on schedule
Adhering to established processes while identifying and addressing gaps that impact accuracy or efficiency.

Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and manage weekly payment runs
Assist with and/or perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
Support month-end close activities
Oversee and enforce purchasing and receiving workflows
Maintain digital file organization (POs, invoices, support docs)
Ensure transactions from multiple systems are accurately reflected in accounting
Identify process breakdowns and implement improvements
Work cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and operations teams
5–10+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or product-based business strongly preferred)
Strong background in accounts payable, reconciliations, and process control
Experience in QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting systems
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Full-time, on-site position in Phoenix, AZ
Competitive salary based on experience
Opportunity to play a key role in stabilizing and improving financial operations
