Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and experienced Rebar Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery used in the cutting, bending, and fabrication of steel rebar to precise specifications for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic rebar machines (cutters, benders, shears)
• Monitor machine functions and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Measure, cut, and bend rebar to required specifications
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

Skills

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (steel industry a plus)
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in fabrication and assembly techniques.
