The Role:

Position Summary:

• New grads and all experience levels welcome
• Provide Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment in an outpatient setting
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient goals
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
• Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the community
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing with the state
