Job Title: Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with routine and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies. You will also disassemble and reassemble equipment to perform repairs or preventive maintenance, replace or repair defective components, and ensure equipment operates within safety and quality parameters.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance schedule.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), safety protocols, and PPE guidelines at all times.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
• Support machine installation, relocation, or decommissioning as needed.
• Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Possibly work overtime, weekends, or varied shifts as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Technicians are expected to bring their own tools and equipment required to perform maintenance duties; tools are not provided by the company.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on mechanical experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable working in hot, noisy, or physically demanding environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Environment

The work environment frequently requires standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. You will regularly need to lift and move up to 50lbs, and occasionally lift over 100lbs with assistance. The role requires comfort working in manufacturing/industrial environments where safety protocols are strictly followed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix,AZ.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 6, 2026.
