A full-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled professional experienced as a Paraprofessional and ARD Facilitator. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of special education compliance and services, working on-site with dedicated colleagues near Chandler, AZ.

Key Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Active Special Education Teaching License or appropriate Certificate in Arizona
• IVP Fingerprint Card required
• Prior experience with compliance, IEP development, and related case management in a school setting
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Guide the development, implementation, and assessment of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Oversee referral, evaluation, and placement processes, including leading placement and review conferences
• Provide leadership in curriculum coordination and staff development to ensure quality services for students
• Serve as a vital liaison among multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and parents, facilitating collaboration and shared understanding of student needs
• Maintain all documentation and ensure consistent compliance with federal, state, and local policies
