This role is the frontline voice of Moxie and plays a critical part in how customers experience our company. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting new and existing customers through phone, email, and text communication.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding scheduling, billing, and service questions Respond to emails and text messages from new and existing customers Schedule appointments and inspections Make outbound calls for confirmations, billing follow-ups, and verification Complete administrative tasks like data entry and account auditing Monitor dispatch communications and assist where needed

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and provide helpful, accurate support Respond to customer emails and text messages Schedule services and inspections Verify and confirm new customer information Make outbound calls for billing, scheduling, and account updates Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records Support dispatch communication and team coordination Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service experience preferred Call center or office experience is a plus Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions Basic computer and data entry skills Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work full-time, in-person

Schedule & Benefits

Monday–Friday schedule Typical shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM 40 hours per week guaranteed
