Paid Media Manager

Job Summary:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. You will be responsible for managing various paid channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimal channels.
Set clear campaign goals, budgets, and KPIs.
Campaign Execution:
Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the creative team.
Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools.
Provide regular, detailed reports on key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Audience Targeting:
Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific customer segments.
Continuously refine and expand audience targeting based on performance data and market trends.
Budget Management:
Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization.
Monitor and control costs to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms and tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels.
Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
Compensation: $80,000
