Shipping/Packing Technician
Shipper/Packer
Location: Tucson, AZ
Schedule: Full-time, multiple shifts available
Reports To: Shipper/Packer Lead
Position Summary
Responsible for packaging and labeling prescription orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage during transit.
Key Responsibilities
- Select appropriate containers and packing materials.
- Operate packaging equipment and apply labels.
- Maintain inventory and clean work area.
- Respond to alarms and alerts during packaging operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read English fluently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of hazardous material handling precautions.
- Must bae able to pass drug screening and criminal background screening
Work Environment
Production floor environment with repetitive tasks and physical activity. Requires lifting and standing for extended periods.
