What You’ll Do

• Assist individuals with daily living needs such as personal care, meal preparation, and administering medication.
• Support participation in community activities, appointments, and social outings.
• Teach and encourage independence, celebrate achievements, and promote life skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards.
• Work closely with families and team members to ensure quality care.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Dependable, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be 18+ years old (or 21+ with a valid AZ driver’s license for driving roles).
• Ability to pass background check, fingerprint clearance, and required trainings.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
