Lead Generation Specialist for Real Estate - REMOTE
**About the Role**
We’re expanding our acquisitions team and hiring additional cold callers with real estate experience. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone confident on the phone and consistent with follow-ups.
You’ll speak with property owners and agents, gather accurate deal information, and support our acquisitions pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to sellers and real estate agents
* Identify seller motivation and timeline
* Collect listing details and financing information when available
* Maintain organized and accurate CRM notes
* Follow up regularly to keep leads active
* Coordinate with acquisitions team for deal review
**What We’re Looking For**
* Strong English communication with confident phone presence
* Cold calling or phone sales experience required
* Real estate lead generation experience preferred
* Organized and detail-focused
* Comfortable working inside a CRM
**Compensation**
* Starting rate up to $6/hr
* Pay increases based on performance
* Bonus opportunities for deals generated
* Long-term position with room to grow
