Operations Manager
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our ambulatory centers, ensuring a positive patient experience and efficient business performance. This role manages financials, implements policies, and develops a high-performing clinical team.
Location & schedule: Gilbert, AZ Full-time Monday - Friday
Compensation & Benefits: $100,000 plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
Manage financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
Implement policies and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
Supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff.
Foster collaboration across departments and with external partners.
Analyze operational issues and implement solutions.
Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and business information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Business/Business Administration preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a clinical environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; Epic software experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding protocols.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
