The Housekeeper plays an essential role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the facility. Working as part of a cleaning team during regular day shifts, the Housekeeper ensures guest rooms and common areas are cleaned to high standards using manual cleaning tools and eco-friendly products. This position emphasizes attention to detail, safety compliance, and positive customer interaction, without supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas thoroughly
- Interact courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols rigorously
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Use manual cleaning tools and eco-friendly products effectively
