General Labor Associate

Midway Staffing is hiring dependable General Labor Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow instructions, and have a strong attention to detail. Associates will assist with warehouse operations, material handling, and production support while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Thursday - Saturday | Every other Wednesday
Pay Rate: $19.50 - $21.50.00/hour DOE Duties

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with sorting, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Perform basic assembly and production support tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow work instructions and company safety procedures.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Support the production team with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
