The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented **Associate Industrial Security Specialist** to join the team in **Mesa, AZ.** The Industrial Security Specialist will be assisting with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. **Position Responsibilities:** + Performs Personnel Security functions to include individual security clearance/access processing, visit processing, and other required reporting + Enters and tracks information in government and proprietary applications + Assists in conducting a training program to educate, refresh, and motivate team members + Communicates and assists with stakeholders at all levels of the organization + Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third-party and company information from unauthorized disclosures + Performs administrative support functions **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 1+ year of experience with DISS + Experience processing CSSO or CPSO program access paperwork, including SF-86 + Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders + Experience working across multiple functions and departments **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Top Secret Clearance + 1+ years of experience with NBIS + Experience with NISPOM + Experience with the security clearance adjudicative guidelines + Experience using SIMS applications **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
