About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll own the candidate lifecycle — from sourcing and outreach to submittals and placements — while partnering closely with account managers to deliver top-tier recruiting strategies. This role requires hustle, creativity, and a consultative mindset to win talent in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across engineering, manufacturing, automation, and related industries.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

• Write compelling job postings and leverage multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, Bullhorn, referrals, networking) to attract talent.

• Build and maintain hotlists of active candidates to stay ahead of client demand.

• Partner with account managers to qualify requirements, align on strategies, and deliver on client expectations.

• Track and update candidate activity in Bullhorn CRM with accuracy and consistency.

• Meet and exceed weekly recruiting KPIs (calls, submittals, FTFs, placements).

• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, offering resume feedback, interview prep, and career guidance.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house; technical preferred).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

• Competitive, metrics-driven mindset with a desire to exceed goals.

• Experience using an ATS/CRM (Bullhorn experience a plus).

• Familiarity with technical or skilled trades industries is a strong plus.

• Coachable, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment.
