Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead roofing project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project milestones and quality standards.
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and compliance, ensuring that project execution aligns with contractual obligations and specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee that roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Cost Control : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality roofing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field but not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. Knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both team members and clients.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Project Management Software : Proficient in project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration.
- Safety Awareness: Commitment to promoting and enforcing safety protocols on construction sites.
