Front Desk Lead
Job Description:
The Front Desk lead will be responsible for training new staff by ensuring all data is collected and inputted in client charts completing Sliding fees adding insurance information and verification collecting consents and communicating with the back office and providers. Providing coverage in times of need distributing bus passes billing weekly submitting to QM at the end of each month coordinating the Care Empower portal and conducting audits on staff supervised.
Job Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older; and
- High School Diploma
- Strong verbal written and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge and experience of Windows 365 environment and/or Electronic Health Records Systems.
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must possess reliable transportation a valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
- Must maintain current BLS certification
- Must receive the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine within the first week of the hire date and the second dose within 8 weeks of the hire date.
- TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire
- Vaccinations/Titers Test/Declination Form: Flu Hep B MMR Tdap Varicella
