Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for a variety of speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs and IEPs
• Provide both group and individual speech and language therapy sessions within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development and advocate for student needs
• Maintain meticulous records, collect progress data, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer guidance and education to school staff regarding strategies for supporting communication in the classroom
