What You’ll Own
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them identify needs and make informed decisions through a consultative, relationship-based approach.
You’ll build and grow client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll be responsible for managing the sales process, closing high-value solutions, and providing an exceptional client experience that drives retention and referrals.
As you demonstrate results, you’ll also begin developing the skills needed to coach, influence, and eventually lead others.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced sales professional or entrepreneur who knows how to build trust, uncover needs, and create long-term client relationships. You’re competitive and goal-oriented, but you also understand that sustainable success comes from helping clients make the right decisions.
You’re coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where results matter. You bring a strong sales track record, a strategic mindset, and the ability to recognize opportunities others may overlook.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be considered.
