Superintendent - Phoenix
Job Description: Superintendent - Phoenix Location: Phoenix Start Date: 02 March 2026 Pay Rate: $70 Per Hour Job Description: The Superintendent in Phoenix will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the Phoenix area. They will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Phoenix Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
