In this role, you’ll introduce homeowners and businesses to our nationally recognized painting services, generate qualified leads, and help connect customers with our estimators.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential and commercial neighborhoods to introduce 360 Painting and carpentry services
• Generate qualified leads for our top rate sales team
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
• Track leads and maintain accurate records of outreach activity
• Meet daily/weekly outreach and lead goals as set by the territory manager

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of sales, canvassing, or customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people face-to-face
• Active driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated with high energy and durability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous (1) year of outside sales or canvassing experience
• Familiarity with residential services (home improvement, painting, roofing, solar, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual skills a major plus
