Are you a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist seeking a rewarding role with a flexible schedule and excellent work-life balance? Gladden Farms Family Dentistry is looking for a dedicated hygienist to join our patient-centered team. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, we offer a supportive environment where your expertise and patient care skills will shine.

Dental hygienist

Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing to maintain oral health

Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and accurate charting

Take digital X-rays and other diagnostic images as required

Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and preventative care

Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards

Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to deliver excellent patient care

Provide compassionate and clear communication to patients to ensure comfort and understanding

full-time $40 - $45 per hour

Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Arizona

CPR and BLS certifications required

Proven dental hygienist experience and strong patient care skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor

Ability to work 10-hour shifts and availability on Fridays (for full-time applicants)

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
