Salary: $70,000-$90,000+

What Youll Do:
- Drivegrowth and awarenessof our hospice services in the Scottsdale area
- Develop and maintainstrong referral relationshipswith healthcare providers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and the community
- Implementstrategic marketing and sales plansto meet and exceed growth targets
- Educate professionals and the community about thebenefits of hospice care
- Work closely with ourclinical and leadership teamsto ensure seamless patient transitions and high-quality care
What Were Looking For:
- 1-2 years of hospice experience preferred
- Strong industry knowledgeand established relationships in the Scottsdale market
- Proven success in business development, sales, or marketingwithin hospice, home health, or a related healthcare field
- A compassionate and mission-driven mindsetwith a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and networking skills
