In this ICU RN role, you’ll lead and support care for critically ill and unstable patients requiring ventilatory support, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex treatment regimens. Your responsibilities will span comprehensive assessment, rapid titration of vasoactive medications, ventilator management including weaning and re‑intubation considerations, sedation and analgesia oversight, and prevention of complications such as delirium, infection, and pressure injuries. You’ll perform accurate neurovascular checks, monitor renal and hepatic function, interpret arterial blood gases, and collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and fellow nurses to orchestrate seamless, evidence-based care.
