Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with pediatric experience to join a reputable outpatient clinic Lake Havasu City, Arizona. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse pediatric population, designing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support motor development, functional independence, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities

• Apply strong clinical reasoning to evaluate pediatric patients, determine diagnoses, and develop individualized plans of care based on physician referrals and clinical findings

• Demonstrate age-appropriate clinical competencies across a pediatric population, adjusting treatment techniques to meet each child’s developmental level and specific needs

• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and modify treatment plans as needed based on patient response and measurable progress

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards

• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions and promote optimal functional outcomes

Requirements

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant PT experience within the last 5 years
