Psychologist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Psychologist to provide evidence-based mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. The Psychologist will assess psychological, emotional, and behavioral health needs, develop treatment plans, and offer therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving emotional wellness and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals
• Provide psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, or other evidence-based approaches
• Administer and interpret psychological tests and assessments
• Document all services and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in EMR
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary
• Participate in case reviews, peer consultations, and clinical team meetings
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and psychological assessments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and ethical practice

Work Environment:

• May work in outpatient clinics, hospitals, private practice, correctional facilities, schools, or telehealth settings
• Involves sitting for extended periods during therapy sessions
• May work with clients experiencing trauma, crisis, or acute mental illness
• Requires confidentiality and a calm, professional demeanor
