Superintendent (Phoenix)

I’m currently partnered with a highly respected General Contractor with a strong reputation across the Southwest , known for delivering high-quality commercial projects and maintaining long-standing client relationships.

They are looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to support a growing pipeline of commercial builds in Phoenix Arizona. This role will be key in leading site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while working alongside a well-established and collaborative team.

The position offers a consistent pipeline of work in Phoenix, with projects primarily local to the area, providing strong long-term stability and minimal travel requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on ground-up and/or tenant improvement commercial projects

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics

• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship

• Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction

• Strong tenure with previous employers, demonstrating stability and commitment

• Experience managing ground-up and/or TI projects
