Customer Service Representative

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set. Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
