Customer Service Representative
Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital, located in North Scottsdale, AZ is looking to hire a part-time (<20 hours) EXPERIENCED Customer Service Representative (CSR) with the potential for full time in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on exceptional client service and communication skills
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism creating a lasting impression with the intention to always exceed our client's expectations.
- Friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations and must show empathy during difficult situations.
- Ability to multitask, answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications professionally via phone, text and email
- Computer literacy, check patients in and out, collect payments, and review invoices and financial issues
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist with client education and follow-up communication
- Support the team of veterinarians, techs and veterinary assistants during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Prior VETERINARY customer service experience REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Compassion for animals and their people
- Every Other Saturday is REQUIRED (8:30am - 1pm)
Starting Schedule (PT):
- Monday and Fridays
- Every Other Saturday
