Entry Level Marketing Assistant
Position Overview
The Entry Level Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day marketing operations, event preparation, and customer engagement initiatives. This role focuses on assisting with in-person outreach and promotional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing materials and displays for events and outreach activities.
- Support coordination of in-person marketing initiatives.
- Engage with customers and provide information about services or programs.
- Maintain organized records of marketing materials and activities.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Support team members during events and on-site initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or event experience is a plus but not required.
