Experienced Diesel Technician

Bell Ford is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our busy and professional service team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, and want to work for a respected Ford dealership, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related systems
- Perform routine maintenance and advanced repairs efficiently and accurately
- Use diagnostic tools and service information to troubleshoot issues
- Document repairs and service work clearly and accurately
- Work closely with service advisors and parts staff to ensure timely repairs
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician (Ford experience a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have own tools
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- ASE and/or Ford certifications are a plus
Compensation & What We Offer
- Flat rate $45,000-$100,000+

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
