Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (AZ)
• Prior school-based OT experience preferred
• AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card preferred
• Experience with K–12 populations
• Ability to work onsite, independently (no COTAs)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K–12 students
• Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain comprehensive documentation
• Support student participation in academic and functional activities
