Residential Cleaner (Subcontractor) – $25/hr Starting | Bonuses + Raises Available

The Pristine Clean is a fast-growing cleaning service that specializes in residential and short-term rental properties. We deliver meticulous, detail-oriented service with concierge-level touches for clients who expect nothing less than five-star results.

Position Details

This is a 1099 subcontractor role. You will manage your own taxes and are responsible for:

• Providing your own transportation
• Bringing your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Traveling to jobs across Phoenix Metropolitan Area

Requirements

• Previous residential or rental cleaning experience (2+ year preferred)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with text and app capabilities (for schedules/checklists)
• Professional attitude and ability to follow high cleaning standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Must pass a background check
• Fluent in English or able to communicate clearly with clients and team

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/out, and turnover)
• Follow client-specific instructions and property checklists
• Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful presence in clients' homes
• Communicate clearly with the team for scheduling and updates
• Report any issues, damages, or special client requests
• Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and care
