CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver 1,400 to 1,600 Weekly Paid Training

Join our dedicated western regional flatbed fleet and secure a position that offers consistent miles and reliable home time. We are currently looking for both experienced drivers and recent graduates to operate our modern fleet on established power lanes. This is a W2 position designed for professionals who value safety and clear communication while navigating the western corridors.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Western regional routes with consistent round trips
• Primary lanes include Phoenix to Seattle and Laredo to Portland
• Additional routes from Oregon to Southern California and back out east
• Operating 48 foot to 53 foot flatbed trailers
• Home time every 2 weeks with a full 34 to 48 hour reset
• Flexible day or night driving schedules
• Average volume of 2,600 miles per week

Compensation and Financial Benefits

• Average weekly gross pay between $1,400 and $1,600
• Mileage rate from $0.55 to $0.65 based on verifiable experience
• Tarping pay of $65 per load
• Securement training pay of $140 dollars per day for one week on site
• Full benefits package including medical dental and 401k after 30 days
• Paid time off accrual starts after eligibility period

Trainee Program for New Drivers (drivers with less than 6 months of experience)

• Must be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Requires graduation from an accredited school with 120 plus hours
• Mentorship training period of 4 to 6 weeks
• Guaranteed weekly pay during the training phase
• Post training earnings from 1100 to 1300 dollars weekly plus benefits

Hiring Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and minimum age of 21
• At least 6 months of tractor trailer experience or recent graduate status
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or tickets in last 5 years
• No DUI or felony convictions within the last 5 years
• Stable 10 year work history with no major unemployment gaps
• Must pass pre employment drug screenings
