Pavement Marking LLC. is a full-service line striping and pavement marking company providing high quality highway, roadway, and parking lot striping services. Our employees have a strong sense of pride because their work matters. We are looking for skilled Truck Mounted Attenuator "TMA" Drivers to join our team. Do you have experience working in the Pavement Marking Industry? Do you have experience working in mobile traffic control operations? As an experienced Traffic Control TMA driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining road safety and infrastructure. The role will work with our state-wide ADOT striping crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the safe management of traffic for road striping work.
    • Setting up pre-warning signage prior to crew working in roadway.
    • Communication with crew on needs of project.
    • Driving safely forward and backwards in the carrying out of the position needs.
  • Removing all signs, barricades, and traffic cones upon completion of job.
  • Control traffic flow and close roads on construction projects.
  • Direct or divert pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
  • Performs all duties according to safety procedures and uses appropriate safety equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Focus on safety of the crew and the motoring public
  • Be flexible with changing decisions as the project demands.
  • Strong desire to build and maintain working relationships and succeed as a team.
  • Friendly, positive outlook, and show initiative and commitment.

Experience/Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent ( preferred ).
  • Valid Driver's License required ( CDL preferred or ability to obtain ).
  • Must be able to pass a DOT Physical.
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Screen.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Experience in traffic control set up for highway and freeway painting a plus.
  • Mechanical aptitude, and ability to trouble shoot equipment.

Job Type: Hourly, Full-time, hours may vary with the seasonality of the business. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Also, be available to work overtime as needed.
